PROGRAM
34 hours of one-hour goalie specific training sessions: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Training sessions are available for groups of 2 to 5 athletes at preferred times. This approach enables us to target individual strengths and weaknesses, progressively enhancing fitness levels leading up to camps. Our objective is to provide each athlete with ample opportunities to excel at the next level.
ON-ICE
31 hours of goaltending skills sessions. Instruction from Firstline Pro Goalies.
Dates and Times: TBD
Firstline jersey included.
VALUE
All athletes have access to the Firstline Training app ($400 in value), and off-ice training programs will be provided to athletes during vacation periods using the Firstline App.
Limited space available. A deposit is required, and payment installments are available.

71-hour one-hour goalie specific training sessions: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
Training sessions are available for groups of 2 to 5 athletes at preferred times. This approach enables us to target individual strengths and weaknesses, progressively enhancing fitness levels leading up to camps. Our objective is to provide each athlete with ample opportunities to excel at the next level.

4.5 hours of goaltending skills sessions. Instruction from Firstline Pro Goalies.

PROGRAM
71 one-hour goalie specific training sessions: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
13 one-hour recovery & stretch sessions (Wednesday).
Our off-season program is a periodized training program designed to help each athlete maximize their potential. The program is segmented into four phased:
1. Core/injury maintenance
2. Cardiovascular/ Endurance Training
3. Strength /Hypertrophy
4. Power/Speed/Agility
This method allows us to focus on each athlete's strengths and weaknesses, as well as build up to peak fitness levels before camps start. Our objective is to provide each athlete with ample opportunities to excel at the next level.
