Program Details 18 Week 71 1hr Goalie Specific facilitated workouts (Monday, Tuesday-Thursday, Friday) Small Groups of 4-5 athletes. Limited to 12 athletes. 4.5hrs Off On ice Coaching Sessions. Instructors include Tommy Nixon,Carter Hart, Tristan Jarry, Sebastian Cosa, Nick Schneider, Ethan Kruger, Matt Murray and Luke Lush. Millennium Place: Millennium Place Sprite Arena 2- Tue 12 Jul 02:45:PM to 04:15:PM Summer Ice Sherwood Park Arena: Sherwood Park Arena Sports Centre -Tue 9 Aug 3:30PM to 5:00PM Summer Ice -Thu 11 Aug 12:45:PM to 02:15:PM Summer Ice Includes Jersey. Training groups of 2-5 at desired training times. Costs $4000 (GST Included). You can secure a spot with a deposit of $800 or full payment. Balance of payment can be made in 3 instalments. Payments required by: I. June 1st, ii. July 1st iii. August 1st VALD Fitness Testing Biosteel Supplements Provided Access to Normatech pulse recovery system and Hyperice Hypervolt Register between January 9th-Feburary 1st and receive 10% off with a full payment.
